Insource Services is seeking a motivated IT support specialist to join our Bay Area team. You will deliver first-level tech support to clients both remotely and on-site, handling setup, virus removal, software updates, and hardware incidents.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence and multi-client support across Windows and Mac platforms with cloud integrations and project participation as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to interact with end-users to identify and resolve tech issues.
• Strong customer service mindset with technical aptitude.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networking and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to assigned clients, remote and on-site in Bay Area.
• Manage office/desktop and email support, perform lab machine rollouts.
• Support Mac and Windows integrated with cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, Google).
• Lead small projects and report progress to IT Manager and IT Engineer.
