Hecker Fink LLP in Los Angeles seeks a Sr. IT Support Technician to join our office. You will provide in-person IT support locally and remote support for NY and DC offices, under the CIO, with escalation. The role emphasizes customer experience, troubleshooting in Windows environments, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support experience.
• Familiar with Azure resource maintenance and deployment.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up laptops, phones, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide level 1–2 end-user support for day-to-day IT issues.
• Test and support videoconferencing in the conference center.
• Administer accounts under supervision of Support Manager.
• Maintain equipment and escalate hardware issues.
• Update inventory of equipment and manage consumables.
• Support Windows desktop environment and iOS devices.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware/software issues.
• Assist with upgrades and maintenance of systems.
• Support testing/deployment of new apps and systems.
• Train staff in hardware/software usage.
• Participate in special projects/trial support.
• Available for after-hours overtime on shared basis.
• Work from office four days a week with telework as needed.
