Interlaced is seeking an IT Support Technician II to join our hybrid team in Los Angeles. You will support end users via chat, phone and email, and visit client offices as needed from a home-based workstation.

The role requires 3+ years in IT, customer-focused communication, and the ability to translate technical details for non-technical users. Cloud infrastructure familiarity is a plus in our fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in IT with help desk and customer support.
• Ability to interact with all client levels from front desk to CEO.
• Capable of simplifying complex technical solutions for end users.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure components and SaaS tools.
• Hybrid work model with on-site client visits in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support via chat, phone and email.
• Occasionally visit Los Angeles area client offices.
• Assist end users through remote sessions and diagnostics.
• Maintain a dedicated home office with stable internet.
