Job summary

Interlaced is hiring a full-time IT Support Technician II in Los Angeles. You will support end users through remote sessions, chat, phone, and email, and occasionally visit client offices. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT with help desk experience and can translate complex tech into simple guidance.

This hybrid role requires a dedicated home office and reliable internet. Hours are 7am–4pm PT, Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years in IT with help desk/customer support experience
Ability to translate complex tech for non-technical users
Comfortable supporting end users via remote sessions and in-person visits

Responsibilities

Provide IT support to end users via chat, phone, email, and remote sessions
Assist Los Angeles client offices on-site as needed
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document resolutions
Collaborate with teams to improve user experience and processes
