Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT with help desk/customer support experience
- Ability to translate complex tech for non-technical users
- Comfortable supporting end users via remote sessions and in-person visits
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to end users via chat, phone, email, and remote sessions
- Assist Los Angeles client offices on-site as needed
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document resolutions
- Collaborate with teams to improve user experience and processes
