Hecker Fink LLP is seeking a Sr. IT Support Technician to work in our Los Angeles office. Qualified applicants will have a passion for delivering remarkable customer experience and success; an excellent understanding of troubleshooting methods for Windows IT environments; strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The person in this role will serve as an in-person IT resource in our Los Angeles office and will provide additional remote support to users in our New York and Washington D.C. offices under the supervision of (and with escalations support from) the Chief Information Officer.

In addition, the successful candidate will be based in the Los Angeles, CA area and will be available to work 9:00a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with availability for some travel as needed (e.g., for trial support).
The expected base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 - $110,000 and is dependent on experience.
