Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to develop and automate in-house IT systems, troubleshoot the office IT environment, and manage day-to-day IT requests. The role will help build out the IT support function in Mexico alongside the UK team, supporting a fast-paced, 24/7 environment across multiple locations.

You will be involved in onboarding, ticketing, and direct user support across Windows and MacOS, with a focus on automation, identity access management, and cross-border

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in IT Support/Service desk support
• Experience with MDM systems such as Jumpcloud, Jamf or Kandji
• Must have experience in using ITSM/Service Desk ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Jira, and Freshdesk
• Familiarity with Identity Provider (IDP) platforms such as Okta
• Hands-on experience running Okta and VPN/secure remote access as code
• A natural problem solver with a high level of attention to detail & excellent communication
• A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and projects

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for office staff IT issues
• Support IT BAU tasks including ticketing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Provide direct support for Windows and MacOS
• Onboarding of new joiners across multiple locations
• Maintain and troubleshoot office tech equipment (video conferencing, networking)
• Develop system scripting tasks to streamline processes
• Implement and maintain identity access management integrations
• Provide global IT support including on-call overlap with UK/EU/US teams
