Job summary

TwelveLabs is seeking an IT Support Engineer to build, operate, and scale internal technology systems for a global workforce. The role spans onboarding, access provisioning, device deployment, and SaaS administration across macOS and Windows environments.

You will automate repetitive tasks with Python, Bash, and Okta Workflows, and collaborate with Security, People Operations, Legal, and Engineering to meet compliance and security requirements. SF and Seoul offices are focal points.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or related roles.
• Experience supporting a distributed workforce across countries/time zones.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across endpoints, apps, identity systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for employee technology issues across hardware, OS, identity, networking, SaaS apps, and corporate infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on macOS with Windows support as needed.
• Administer core IT platforms including identity providers, productivity suites, MDM, endpoint security tooling, and enterprise SaaS apps.
• Own onboarding, offboarding, role changes, device provisioning, and access workflows.
• Build and manage secure Wi-Fi and IT access for SF and Seoul offices and future locations.
• Automate provisioning, deprovisioning, access management, inventory, and other IT processes.
• Use Python, Bash, and Okta Workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Manage identity across Okta, Google Workspace, GitHub, AWS, and SaaS apps.
• Support office moves, configurations, and logistics to minimize disruption.
• Support endpoint configuration, patching, and lifecycle management via MDM.
