Freelance Latin America is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Level 3 to provide advanced technical support, manage IT infrastructure, and optimize technology solutions for a professional services team. The role requires strong cloud, network, cybersecurity, and server management expertise, with a focus on proactive problem solving and reliable systems.

You will work on Windows, Linux, and macOS servers, manage networks, configure security solutions, and automate IT operations.

Formación

• Proven experience in senior IT support or Level 3 role.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AWS environments.
• Manage Windows Server and other server environments for performance and security.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, and servers.
• Maintain local networks, DNS, IP addressing, and email systems.
• Configure cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, VPNs) using Meraki, Sophos, SentinelOne, Todyl.
• Use ConnectWise and Datto for remote access and management.
• Administer backups and virtualization with Datto, MSP360, NinjaOne.
• Develop scripts to automate IT operations.
• Evaluate IT solutions for performance, security, and scalability.
• Optimize configurations for reliability and scale.
• Handle support tickets with Autotask, Syncro, ConnectWise.
• Create troubleshooting docs in ITGlue.
• Provide professional technical support to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure.
