HappyRobot is seeking an IT Engineer based in Mexico to lead internal technical operations, onboarding new hires, and managing access and office infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for tech—from onboarding to maintaining our office tech landscape.

The role covers IAM, device management, and ensuring security policies while supporting a high-growth startup culture with autonomy and ownership.

Formación

• 0–2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration.
• Hands-on with at least one IDP (Okta, Google Auth), one MDM, and one ticketing tool.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows.
• Professional English (B2+) and fluent/native Spanish.
• Comfortable in a high-growth startup environment with autonomous problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Support (Tier 1): Resolve hardware and software incidents via our ticketing system.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure every new hire in the region has their equipment configured and access ready from the very first minute of Day 1.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage user lifecycles and permission changes across our corporate tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
• Device Management (MDM): Enroll and oversee our fleet of laptops using MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, or similar) to ensure 100% compliance with security policies.
• Office Infrastructure: Maintain local connectivity (WiFi/Networking), video conferencing systems (Zoom/Google Meet), and hardware inventory at our Spain office.
