Job summary

Beast Industries is seeking an IT Support professional to provide onsite and remote support across macOS and Windows environments. You will configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals for new and existing employees while maintaining conference room systems and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT Support/Admin experience in a mid-to-large organization.
• Hands-on experience with macOS & Windows environments and MDM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of IT security, networking, and excellent communication skills.
