Job summary

GEICO seeks a Senior Tech Support specialist to provide on-site IT support across regional offices, with strong macOS/Apple expertise and enterprise device management. This full-time role requires five days a week in-person in Chicago, plus potential after-hours support and travel to other GEICO offices in the U.S.

The ideal candidate has extensive Windows/macOS experience, enterprise MDM, scripting, and collaboration with engineering teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of OS support (Windows and macOS) with macOS expertise.
• 5+ years in technical IT support and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support across regional offices.
• Operate as SME for macOS and Apple devices including FileVault and security baselines.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and Mac.
• Create documentation and SOPs; support projects and relocations.
