Job summary

Beast Industries, founded by Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast), is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This hybrid role covers onsite and remote IT support, maintaining infrastructure, and enabling our production, creative, and corporate teams with reliable technology.

You will collaborate with the IT Manager to deploy enterprise tech, enhance security, and drive key IT initiatives in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT Support/Admin experience in a mid-to-large organization.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent communication to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
• Experience with macOS and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support across macOS and Windows environments.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues including core business applications.
• Maintain conference room systems, digital signage, printers, and collaboration tools.
• Assist in WiFi and network deployments across campus and locations.
• Research, install, configure, and support internal software and SaaS platforms.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and training guides.
• Assist with hardware purchasing, inventory tracking, and IT planning.
• Support campus network infrastructure, including patching and cabling.
• Implement IT security best practices and strengthen cybersecurity.
