Beast Industries in New York City seeks a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role blends onsite and remote IT support, troubleshoots hardware and software, and maintains IT infrastructure for production, creative, and corporate teams.

You will work with the IT Manager to deploy enterprise technology, manage IT systems, enhance security, and drive key IT initiatives in a fast-paced media environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support/admin experience in mid-to-large org.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and networks.
• Excellent communication to explain tech to non-tech users.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Solid knowledge of IT security and access control.
• Hands-on with macOS and Windows environments.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin.
• Understanding of DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLANs, etc.
• Experience managing MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, FleetDM).
• Familiar with IT ticketing systems, asset mgmt, SaaS admin.
• Certs such as CompTIA A+, Google IT, Apple ACMT, Microsoft 365, Cisco CCNA.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support across macOS and Windows.
• Configure and deploy laptops/desktops/mobile devices/peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and core apps (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Adobe, Monday.com, DocuSign, Otter.ai).
• Maintain conference rooms, digital signage, printers, collaboration tools.
• Assist WiFi/network deployments across campus, studios, remote locations (Cisco, Ubiquiti, Starlink, MiFi).
• Research, install, configure and support internal software and SaaS platforms.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, knowledge bases, training guides.
• Assist with hardware purchasing, inventory tracking, asset lifecycle, IT planning.
• Support campus network infrastructure: tracing, patching, ethernet/fiber cabling.
• Implement IT security best practices and strengthen cybersecurity (MDM).
