Everforth Apex is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to deliver IT administration and hands-on support for agency software and hardware in a medical facility environment in Warrenton, Virginia. You will manage 200 devices, configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, network gear, and email apps, while maintaining inventory and providing user-friendly training and ticketing workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of installing, troubleshooting, and administering Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft O365, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome.
• Knowledge of setup, configuration, and maintenance of PC desktops, laptops, peripherals, and networking.
• Experience with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Android and Apple mobile devices.
• Working knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting LAN/WAN environments.
• Experience with email application installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Basic experience with IT inventory control, ticketing systems, and reporting.
• Basic experience with analog and digital phone configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT administration and technical support for agency-specific software and hardware systems.
• Set up, configure, and maintain PC desktops, laptops, and printers/scanners.
• Configure and troubleshoot Android and Apple mobile devices.
• Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Administer, troubleshoot, and train on email applications (Google Suite).
• Manage IT inventory and track support activities via a ticketing system.
• Resolve issues related to desktop/laptop hardware and software, and telephone systems.
• Set up, configure, and manage routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and report incidents.
• Monitor performance of networks and computer systems; document changes and update procedures.
