Qualifications

• Must have McAfee Anti-Virus and Adobe Acrobat; experience with business software.
• 3 years of hands-on IT support experience required.
• Experience configuring and maintaining PC desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, browsers, antivirus software and related software.
• Experience supporting mobile devices.
• Experience with IT inventory control and reporting.
• Experience training IT staff in-person or via electronic media.
• Experience with analog and digital phone configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to install, administer and train on computer applications.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document IT issues clearly and provide easy-to-understand solutions.
