Everforth Apex Systems on-site IT Desktop Support Technician role assisting employees and project personnel with hardware, software, and account access. You will set up workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, and resolve issues quickly to keep teams productive.

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop, help desk, or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and PC hardware.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger support team.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop support for employees and project personnel.
• Set up and deploy new workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and login-related issues.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technology support requests.
• Assist with new employee onboarding, workstation setup, and account access.
• Support Windows-based environments, Apple devices, and common office technologies.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams to escalate issues.
• Manage basic inventory and deployment of IT equipment.
• Assist with badge provisioning and access-related tasks as needed.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and white-glove support to end users.
