Everforth Apex is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Fort Worth, TX, onsite, with a flexible 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. This full-time contract role focuses on mobility and technology support for employees, including device deployments and service requests.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in IT help desk roles, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Experience with Microsoft Office apps is a plus; onboarding and ongoing training are available.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for mobility and technology support requests.
  • Coordinate mobile device deployments, replacements, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Work closely with end users, technical teams, vendors, and wireless carriers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Track and manage service requests, tickets, and assigned tasks through completion.
  • Maintain accurate records, inventory information, and technical documentation.
  • Assist with device lifecycle management, inventory audits, and data reconciliation efforts.
  • Create and update process documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.
  • Support ongoing initiatives focused on improving processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Learn and support enterprise mobility technologies, mobile device management platforms, and carrier services.

IT Support Specialist Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) Full-Time | Flexible Schedule (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Contract Role

Are you an organized IT professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning new technologies? We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Mobility Support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing outstanding customer service.

In this role, you'll support employees with mobile devices, service requests, device deployments, and general IT-related coordination. Success in this position comes from strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to stay organized, and a willingness to learn and adapt as technology evolves.

If you have experience supporting enterprise mobile devices, cellular services, or Microsoft Intune, you'll stand out as a top candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing
