Job summary

Ampcus Inc. in Warrenton, VA seeks a Desktop/Technical Support Technician to support a medical facility with about 200 IT devices, including desktops, laptops, phones, printers, and mobile devices.

The candidate will independently provide IT administration and technical support for agency-specific software and hardware. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting of Windows, Google Suite, mobile devices, networks, and peripherals, with travel to NOVA/Front Royal regions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and administering Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and browser tools.
• Experience with Google Suite, PST files, calendars, and distribution lists.
• Able to document changes and update procedures for solutions to issues.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop/technical support for a medical facility with ~200 IT devices.
• Independently administer and support agency-specific software/hardware.
• Troubleshoot network, mobile devices, printers, and phones; escalate as needed.
• Travel up to 20% to NOVA and Front Royal regions; vehicle provided for work travel.
