Durapid Technologies Pvt Ltd seeks top IT staffing sales professionals to drive growth across domestic and enterprise segments. You will own full sales cycles from identifying accounts to empanelment, winning requirements, and onboarding placements.

You will work with a delivery team to convert wins into placements, build executive relationships, and stay ahead of market rates and demand trends. Remote work options and uncapped earning potential are available.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in IT staffing sales or related field.
• Proven track record of winning contract staffing and meeting placement targets.
• Active network with HR/TA/procurement or delivery contacts in IT.
• Hands-on with vendor empanelment processes and enterprise procurement cycles.

Aufgaben

• Acquire new clients for IT staffing and contract-to-hire services across domestic and enterprise segments.
• Secure vendor empanelment with IT services companies, GCCs, MNCs, MSPs, and system integrators.
• Build relationships with HR heads, TA leaders, delivery managers, procurement teams, and CXOs.
• Source active requirements across Data Engineering, Azure, Databricks, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Java, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, QA, and other in-demand skills.
• Negotiate billing rates, margins, and terms per Durapid’s guidelines.
• Collaborate with delivery team on submissions, interviews, and onboarding to maximise closures.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding headcount or locations.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and regular activity updates in CRM.
