You will build new business, engage with hiring managers and executives, and drive opportunities through strategic outreach while partnering with recruiters to deliver top talent.

Ideal candidates bring proven success in technology staffing, strong consultative selling, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales goals in technology staffing.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience selling into SMB, mid-market, or emerging enterprise organizations.
• Experience working with recruiting or delivery teams in a collaborative environment.
• Proven pipeline management and revenue forecasting abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within small, mid-sized, and emerging enterprise organizations.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, technology leaders, HR professionals, and executive decision-makers.
• Generate opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand hiring challenges, workforce needs, and business objectives.
• Present Emergent Staffing's services and value proposition to prospective clients.
• Negotiate service agreements and staffing engagements.
• Partner with recruiters to align on client priorities, hiring strategies, and candidate delivery.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities with accurate CRM data.
