Patriot Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Staffing Business Development Manager to partner with client groups across the United States from our Knoxville, TN corporate HQ. You will drive a high quality pipeline, develop new client relationships, and collaborate with recruiting teams to meet ambitious delivery roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined recruiting and sales experience in a staffing or search firm.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and add value for clients and candidates.
• Familiarity with CRM, ATS, AI-assisted sourcing, and market intelligence tools.
• Ability to discuss the Information Technology industry with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and detail orientation for collaboration across teams.
• Experience partnering with IT hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiting teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Manage IT staffing business development and full-cycle recruiting processes to improve client and candidate experience.
• Translate client requirements to Patriot recruiting team and manage workflow.
• Grow a pipeline of prospective clients via consultative outreach and referrals.
• Maintain data reports and performance metrics for client teams.
• Drive offers, negotiations, and candidate closings.
• Represent Patriot Talent Solutions with clients and recruiting teams.
