Patriot Talent Solutions is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our growing team. This sales/marketing role partners with client groups across the United States to build high-quality pipelines and ensure an excellent hiring manager and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting or sourcing for technical roles is valued.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to collaborate with account managers and hiring teams throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting with focus on candidate and client experience.
• Partner with account managers and client hiring managers to identify key requirements.
• Develop a talent pipeline via research, referrals, and sourcing campaigns.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring discussions with teams.
• Maintain reports and performance metrics for stakeholders and hiring teams.
• Drive offer process, including extending offers, negotiation, and closing candidates.
• Represent Patriot Talent Solutions professionally internally and externally.
