Job summary

RED Global in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Account Executive to build and manage client relationships and drive revenue growth within our IT staffing division.

You will develop sales strategies, win new business, monitor metrics, and collaborate with recruiting, marketing, and management to deliver client solutions and ensure long-term partnerships. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in IT staffing required; SAP/IT knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 5 years in sales within SAP/IT staffing or SAP/IT consulting.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SAP and IT roles, skills, and market trends.
• Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify target markets and plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing client relationships.
• Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet goals.
• Collaborate with recruiting, marketing, and management to deliver client solutions.
• Oversee best practices in sales processes and CRM usage.
