Job summary

RED Global is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive SAP/IT staffing solutions. You will build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues, map new opportunities, and develop account plans to maximize revenue and retention.

Proactive CRM usage and timely resolution of issues are essential. The role involves prospecting, client presentations, and engaging with C-level executives to expand the business footprint across Somerville, NJ and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Proven success record of selling SAP or similar IT staffing services to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build, maintain a strong sales pipeline and close opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain close relationships with clients and team members.
• Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support ongoing business development efforts for the company.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues and maintain open communication flow.
• Target and map new and existing clients to expand coverage across the business.
• Develop and implement account plans to maximize revenue, margin, and customer retention.
• Document and save account plans in the company CRM and log activities.
• Develop commercial relationships and manage client bases, resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct development calls to expand contacts, set meetings, and support RFI/RFP/ITT processes.
