The role focuses on selling IT staffing solutions, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across assigned regions. You will coordinate with staffing teams to identify, screen, interview, and place candidates for contract and full-time roles.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of B2B IT sales, with strong presentation and communication skills and a customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of outside/inside B2B IT sales experience.
• Strong customer service abilities are essential.
• Able to meet key success metrics and self-manage.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales process to increase regional sales and market share.
• Prospect and build relationships through in-person and client calls.
• Prepare compelling sales collateral and proposals.
• Develop new business and drive gross profit with consistent results.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through superior service.
