Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the San Francisco, CA area. This role focuses on IT Services and Solutions for Manufacturing and Hi-Tech industries, with the ability to sell across the Hi-Tech spectrum.

The position is remote based on the West Coast with travel to client meetings, events, and conferences. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in technology sales and a proven track record of closing multi-million dollar IT services deals, with 5+ years in

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technology Solutions and/or Digital IT Solutions sales, with at least 70% in our portfolio.
• 5+ years selling into Manufacturing and Hi-Tech sectors.
• Proven record of closing multi-million dollar IT Services and Solutions deals; travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close new business at the C-Level, VP, and Director level within Manufacturing and Hi-Tech.
• Develop and execute a strategy for new logo acquisition within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers, leveraging NTT DATA resources.
• Promote solutions-selling with a focus on value-add to identify needs and develop customized solutions.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from engagement to closed sales focusing on value-added solutions.
• Prospect for potential customers via direct and indirect methods.
• Qualify prospects against NTT DATA criteria for ideal customers and sales.
• Maintain domain knowledge to engage with prospects meaningfully.
• Make presentations to internal and customer senior leaders.
