Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Sr Site Support Specialist in Denver, CO to provide hands-on Tier 2/3 IT support in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, VPNs, and access management, while maintaining devices and deploying Windows endpoints.

The role requires strong AD skills, networking knowledge, and excellent customer service. You will escalate complex issues, collaborate with IT teams and third-party providers, and occasionally support after

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally Tier 2/3.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory accounts, groups, permissions, and access management.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, wireless networking, VPNs, and endpoint security.
• PC hardware imaging and deployment experience.
• Ability to work directly with end users and resolve issues independently.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and apps.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, connectivity, VPN, hardware, software, and access issues.
• Administer routine Active Directory functions and password issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 user administration, licensing, and email troubleshooting.
• Image, configure, deploy, and replace Windows endpoints.
• Install and troubleshoot approved software and endpoint configurations.
• Diagnose LAN, wireless, TCP/IP, and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain asset, inventory, and ticket documentation.
• Escalate complex issues with other IT teams and third-party providers.
• Assist with deployments, upgrades, and end-user improvement initiatives.
• Provide occasional after-hours support when required.
