Responsibilities

• Research, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues with timely updates.
• Document incidents in ITSM with accurate reporting and knowledge base updates.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and teams for migrations and integrations.
• Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents, escalating to Tier 3 as needed.
