Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an IT Technician Engineer to join a Colorado Springs team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. This hands-on role covers user support, workstation setup, asset management, and on-site client work in a busy MSP environment.

The ideal candidate has experience with Office 365 and Active Directory, familiarity with networking devices, and the ability to travel to customer sites. A valid Driver's License is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in a corporate or MSP setting.
• Experience provisioning and onboarding new hires.
• Familiar with asset management and lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of Office 365, AD, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests via phone, web portal, and email with courteous, timely resolution.
• Provision and set up systems for new hires.
• Identify, assign, and ship assets to meet SLAs.
• Resolve issues using remote tools; perform hands-on fixes on-site when needed.
• Regularly inspect and clean workstations and peripherals to prevent issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a cooperative environment.
• Travel to customer locations as required with a valid driver's license.
