Addison Group in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist with 5+ years in a corporate IT environment to lead Tier 2/3 support, systems administration, and enterprise platforms.

You will support Windows and macOS, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft 365, manage endpoint devices, and drive onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle, and cross‑functional IT projects while delivering outstanding employee support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT Support experience in a corporate environment.
• Comfortable with Macs and Imaging Laptops (using JAMF).
• Strong support experience with Google Suite and Zoom.
• Experienced onboarding/offboarding users.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Dynamic personality – can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supports Windows/macOS environments, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.
• Leads escalations, onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle management, and process improvements.
• Manages cross-functional IT projects while delivering excellent employee support.
