Job summary

Addison Group in Fort Collins, Colorado, seeks a Senior IT Site Support Engineer for a 6-month contract-to-hire. The role is onsite three days per week, supporting a Windows-based enterprise environment and manufacturing operations.

You will deliver hands-on desktop and network support, manage security, and assist with ongoing IT projects to improve end-user experience. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years IT support experience, strong customer service, Windows expertise, AD and Office 365

Qualifications

Experience in IT support with strong customer service.
Proficient with Windows 10/11 and TCP/IP networking.
Experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
Ability to work independently and manage projects.
Strong problem-solving and judgment.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on IT support for desktops, laptops, and networks in a Windows environment.
Maintain Windows systems, security, and data integrity.
Deliver excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
Configure and deploy PCs, software, and devices per ticket workflows.
Collaborate with IT teams and outsourcing partners to troubleshoot issues.
Assist with end-user training on applications and tools.
Provide after-hours support as needed.
