Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a SR IT Site Support Specialist to install, configure, support, and maintain Microsoft Windows server/desktop infrastructure in Fort Collins. The role troubleshoots server, software, and hardware issues and guides hardware/software upgrades.

You will provide desktop/laptop support, manage Active Directory and Office 365, and work with the Help Desk team to resolve complex problems. On-site duties require strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years providing technical IT support.
• Experience supporting Microsoft PC environment.
• Experience with VPN remote support and Fort Collins area preferred.
• Associates degree required; certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform desktop/laptop and network administration tasks in a mixed Windows environment.
• Maintain security, data integrity, and password hygiene for desktop systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate progress to users.
• Configure wireless devices for corporate email access and connectivity.
• Install, update, and configure software as directed by Help Desk.
• Image and deploy new PCs and manage PC inventory and assets.
