• 3+ years of experience with physical IT hardware deployment and asset tracking.
• 3+ years of experience with Windows, Unix/Linux, or Apple operating systems.
• 3+ years of experience providing in-person technical support.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and ensures operability of systems and hardware components prior to field deployment.
• Analyzes failed equipment, performs standard repairs, and tests of components or equipment.
• Physical IT hardware deployment and asset tracking.
• Repair and replace data connectors on network cables and data drop.
• Duties include installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing telephones.
• Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect (activation of data drops).
• Assists with telecommunications equipment and telephone switching equipment related to processing and transmission.
