Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an End User Support Specialist for our corporate IT environment in Oklahoma City. You will troubleshoot Windows computers, mobile devices, applications, hardware, user access and basic network issues, while working directly with employees to resolve problems.

You will assist with IT asset management, hardware deployments, documentation, and standards. The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong customer service, and experience with Active Directory/Azure AD, Group

Qualifications

Two+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Working knowledge of Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory.
Familiarity with Group Policy and basic networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
Experience using help desk or IT ticketing systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for Windows computers, mobile devices, and business applications.
Install, configure, replace, and relocate desktop hardware and IT equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts and security groups using AD/AAD.
Document and manage incidents, service requests, and changes in a ticketing system.
Travel periodically to additional locations to provide technical support.
