Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Sales & Account Manager Senior Representative to contribute to building sustainable growth through strategic account development and collaboration with CS and pre-Sales teams.

You will drive senior stakeholder engagement, manage complex IT sales cycles, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver value and successful solution adoption across regional and global levels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading commercial initiatives in IT sales.
• Extensive enterprise IT sales experience in B2B environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and travel industry context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to sustain a reliable sales pipeline in information technology (IT).
• Set objectives for customer engagement, commercial growth, solution adoption, and marketing.
• Lead Account Development Planning aligned with cross-functional partners and Customer Success Plans.
• Share insights on customer needs, market trends, challenges, and competitive developments with internal teams.
• Coordinate with Customer Success Managers and pre-Sales to drive renewals and new opportunities.
