Signature Performance is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead IT/software implementation initiatives from initiation to completion. The role requires leveraging waterfall, agile, lean, and hybrid methods while coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

You will ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within scope, and stay on budget. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of PM experience, strong SDLC governance, and proficiency with MS Project, KPIs, and change management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in Project Management with a focus on IT/Software implementation projects.
• Proven track record in IT/Software implementation programs.
• Ability to develop comprehensive formal PM plans with all typical sub-plans.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project (Professional or online).
• Experience using KPIs like Earned Value, ETC, SPI, CPI to monitor project performance.
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications required.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.
• Demonstrated SDLC expertise and strong governance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities using traditional, Agile, Lean, and hybrid methods.
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects, facilitating ceremonies and maximizing team productivity.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Implement change management principles across the project lifecycle.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and perform schedule development and critical path analysis.
• Create comprehensive project documentation (charters, scopes, logs, plans).
• Communicate decisions and monitor risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruptions.
