Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- 7 years’ related experience and/or training in IT services or professional services.
- Experience with hybrid methodologies and agile delivery of technical projects.
- PMP or Agile certification.
- Track record of guiding and leading project teams to success.
Responsibilities
- Manage project and program teams to deliver highly visible strategic solutions for clients using waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies.
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation through close-out and transition.
- Help define and drive strategic direction of both Insight and clients.
- Build key relationships with clients and leaders.
- Mitigate risk and proactively address project issues.
- Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
