Qualifications

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components: hardware, software, networking, security.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and success criteria with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans: timelines, resources, budgets for IT infra initiatives.
• Manage execution: track milestones, resolve issues, adjust plans as needed.
• Foster communication across distributed team members, vendors, and stakeholders using remote tools.
• Conduct status meetings and prepare reports on progress, risks, and budget.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL practices and quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
