Quivera Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Management Support Project Manager – Intermediate to support Indian Affairs and related government programs. The role focuses on quality management, quality assurance, and testing across IT projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with federal standards.

Ideal candidate brings five years of project management experience, PMP certification, and practical knowledge of QA, test management, and integrated delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of project management experience.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, and Test Management within an IT environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining quality-management processes, procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Experience developing test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, acceptance criteria, and test documentation.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or supporting system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience leading Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.
• In-depth knowledge of PMI/PMBOK principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality-management processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive test plans aligned with requirements.
• Create and maintain test scenarios, cases, scripts, and data.
• Coordinate system, functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, criteria, tests, and defects.
• Manage test readiness, environments, data, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate UAT planning and execution with government and business users.
• Track defects and corrective actions through resolution.
• Coordinate with Change & Configuration Management and Business Analysts.
