Job summary

NWN is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT project initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget across networks, collaboration, video, and public safety offerings.

The role requires PMP, 8+ years of IT project management, strong leadership, stakeholder communication, risk management, and experience with MS Project/ServiceNow. Travel to client offices as required. Benefits include Health, HSA, 401k, and hybrid/remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• PMP certification required.
• 8+ years IT project management experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans with charter, scope, and schedule.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Advanced forecasting and budget management capabilities.
• Familiarity with MS Project or Excel for project tracking.
• Knowledge of PMBOK practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large-scale projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple services and locations.
• Forecast revenue and manage risks across the portfolio lifecycle.
• Direct and coordinate all project activities and resources to meet commitments.
• Ensure stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and change controls.
