Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC is seeking a Health IT Project Manager to lead modernization initiatives for Indian Health Service programs. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, risks, and communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The Senior Manager will work with Federal Leads and the prime contractor, ensuring governance, reporting, and quality standards while supporting continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active PMP certification.
• Minimum of 6–10 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules using WBS/IMS.
• Experience managing risks, communications, deliverables, and reporting.
• Strong leadership and team coordination across multidisciplinary environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust or required federal suitability/background investigation.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent modernization projects and initiatives for Indian Health Service programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic priorities.
• Foster collaboration among business, technical, operational, and client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with Federal Leads, the prime contractor, and client representatives.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans using WBS; establish baselines and schedules.
