Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature lean portfolio management across the IT organization and collaborate with IT and Business partners to identify cost-effective solutions delivering strategic value.

The role combines lean portfolio principles with the technology portfolio to guide proactive decisions, manage risks, and report on budget, schedule health, and ROI to IT Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or related field (Master's preferred).
• Seven (7) years or more IT Program/Project Management with portfolio management experience.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe frameworks and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Mature lean portfolio management across IT and partner with IT and Business leaders.
• Develop value-oriented plans to guide proactive decision-making and manage risks and dependencies.
• Oversee portfolio reporting to IT Leadership on budget, schedule, risks, and ROI.
