Job summary

Uline seeks a Senior IT Operations Manager to lead enterprise IT operations across North America. You’ll build high-performing teams, partner with business leaders, and ensure reliable, scalable technology to support growth.

Responsibilities include driving operational excellence, managing disaster recovery, and translating complex data into actionable executive recommendations. On-site role based in Pleasant Prairie, WI, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years IT operations experience including 24/7 service desk management.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Excellent collaboration, problem solving and communication skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
