You will lead enterprise IT operations, build high-performing teams and partner with business leaders to ensure reliable, scalable technology across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in IT operations with 24/7 Service Desk experience.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
