Uline, a family-owned distributor with 15 locations, is seeking a Senior IT Operations Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will lead enterprise IT operations, build high-performing teams and partner with business leaders to ensure reliable, scalable technology across the organization.

You will analyze performance, translate complex findings into actionable recommendations, and drive improvements in IT service delivery and disaster recovery planning to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in IT operations with 24/7 Service Desk experience.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
