Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior IT Operations Manager to lead enterprise IT operations across North America, building high-performing teams and partnering with business leaders to ensure reliable, responsive technology. You will identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and strengthen the technology experience for the company.

Responsibilities include leading 24/7 IT service delivery, disaster recovery planning, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive improvements and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in IT operations including 24/7 IT service desk management.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Excellent collaboration, problem solving and communication skills.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT operations, ensuring reliable, high-quality technology services across Uline's growing business.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years working in IT operations, including 24/7 IT Service Desk management experience.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Excellent collaboration, problem solving and communication skills.
