Efinity Mortgage in Austin, TX seeks an IT Manager to lead corporate technology operations for 150+ employees across 20+ branches. This hands-on role owns infrastructure, security, and vendor relationships, guiding architecture and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoint management, networks, firewalls, and cloud services while reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or technical support.
• Proven experience as sole or primary IT manager for multi-location company.
• Hands-on expertise with M365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and security.
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize demands, and coordinate vendors.

Responsibilities

• Corporate IT ownership for the Austin office, including devices, rooms, connectivity and apps.
• Design, deploy, document, monitor and support networks, firewalls and branch connectivity.
• Provide Tier 1–3 support for 150+ employees; triage, resolve, and escalate when needed.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and identity management; manage endpoints and licensing.
• Maintain asset inventory, standards, procurement, imaging, patching and disposition.
• Lead cybersecurity, incident response, monitoring, and compliance activities.
• Manage servers, cloud services, DNS/DHCP, backups, remote access, integrations.
• Oversee vendor contracts, renewals, budgets, and outside technical resources.
• Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmap; drive migration and standardization.
