Outdoor Living Supply, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure, managed services, and vendor partnerships. This hands-on leadership role focuses on reliability, security, and efficient service delivery across multiple locations, including remote work arrangements.

Formación

• 10+ years progressive IT experience including operations, infrastructure and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.
• Strong incident management, service delivery metrics, and improvement focus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; IT certifications a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee performance, reliability and availability of networks, servers, cloud and connectivity.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, identity management, and collaboration tools with third‑party support.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements for reliability, efficiency and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with internal teams and external providers.
• Guide incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, vendors, and security providers.
• Establish service standards and reporting on quality and issues.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance and cost optimization.
• Ensure security measures align with assigned services.
