Job summary

EECU Credit Union is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our enterprise infrastructure and end-user technology environment. This role ensures reliable, secure IT services across corporate offices and branches, with on-site work in Fort Worth, TX.

You will oversee infrastructure, network, and end-user support, serve as escalation point for major incidents, and drive resiliency and continuous improvement within IT Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field required.
• 5–7 years in IT operations, infrastructure and end-user support.
• Experience handling incident response, escalations and on-call support.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, and end-user computing.
• Experience monitoring service levels and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop IT Operations staff including network and help desk teams.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, including networking, servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Maintain system stability and security through monitoring, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate incident response and on-call rotations with leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive disaster-recovery readiness and major technology upgrades.
