Job summary

DAG Tech seeks a Tier II/III Technical Support Engineer to join the Engineering Operations team. You will deliver front-line IT support and manage technology systems, interfacing directly with end-users to ensure reliable service and strong problem-solving.

The role is full-time, in-office or at client sites (Manhattan & surrounding areas), with a focus on collaboration across internal teams and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Front-line IT support and service desk experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac desktops.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure firewalls, switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and VPNs.
• Manage access control systems and door controllers.
• Set up security cameras (IP cameras, NVRs) and remote access.
• Coordinate ISP WAN provisioning and failover testing.
• Support server racks and cabling, including UPS and labeling.
• Support cloud migrations and collaboration tools.
• Prepare technical documentation and SOPs.
• Coordinate projects and track milestones.
• Assist clients with onboarding and conference room setups.
